i love these jammies. i wish he'd stay little enough to wear them forever.
perfect way to hang out at the library - curled up in your own little forest with a good book.
i took a quick trip down to thatcher to see grandpa's fall sing with just the boys while bonnie stayed home with dad - who was on call. cody and isaac are finally old enough to be able to sit through the concert quietly, so they came with annie and i while grandma watched tyler. company did songs from charlie brown - which they both loved. isaac ended up getting pretty worn out and fell asleep about half way through.
annie and i went walking saturday morning and happened upon a yard sale. i got a few games and things - but the jackpot was this snap circuits set. 75 cents! definitely the best 75 cents i've ever spent at a yard sale. every single piece was there, including a working battery. the boys have done little else since i gave it to them.
this boy is so little still! we tried to dress him up for church last week and everything was just too big. not that i'm complaining, as i'd love to keep him small for as long as possible. i'm just not used to such a little baby after all the others being bigger than him! 5 weeks here.
i ordered fabric to make ninja turtle costumes for the boys and had enough to make a great blanket for tyler. bonnie call it his ninja turtle blanket. he also has a pink one that's similar fabric and she calls it his pink ninja turtle blanket.
grandma berta made this quilt for tyler to use under the christmas tree. its still a way off, but isaac wanted to make sure it got good use :)
isaac loves to do tummy time with tyler. pretty sure they could spend most of the day on the blanket together. he's so good at making sure tyler gets enough tummy time every day.
so hard to put down a sleeping baby.
bonnie has been cracking me up lately! she loves to play "i'm the mom and you're the bonnie" pretty much all day every day - which means she has to carry my purse if we go out. she has been taking excellent care of cody's turtle and making sure he gets his tummy time. she is a bit obsessed with dentist mouth since we've all had dentist appointments recently and today we straightened her hair for the first time.
bonnie has to lick the spoon always. pretty sure its in her job description.
our friend, shelly, gave us this completely awesome outfit for tyler and he gave us a great smile to go with it.
we got to go see cody's thanksgiving program today. he was a football player.
on the way home from piano lessons after the thanksgiving program, we came upon this car accident. we were the first ones there and it had literally just happened. i just left the kids in the car and went to do what i could to help. i called 911, for the first time in my life, and stayed with them until after the emergency vehicles had everything pretty well under control. bonnie talked for weeks after about the lady who cut her arm and had to go to the hospital and the "scary-ed" accident we saw.
someone heart attacked us :) still no clue who!
i went hunting for bonnie one afternoon and found her taking care of her baby.
isaac's preschool had their field trip to the pumpkin patch. since tyler was only a few weeks old, i stayed home and he went with conner and his mom.
by all accounts, they had a wonderful time!
