sometimes holidays just creep right up on you. we didn't do a whole lot for valentine's this year, but we did manage a fun, love-y breakfast. i made the heart pancakes and dad made the heart strawberries and the kids loved it!
luckily cody and isaac are pretty similar and could agree on using the same valentine's day cards to give to their friends - not to mention i'm glad they didn't insist on candy! we found this fun pattern on pinterest and luckily found glow sticks at the dollar store pretty easily. makes for some pretty awesome valentine's if you ask me. plus here's a little taste of their handwriting skills at 4 and 5.
