the happiest place on earth

way back in january we signed up for the give a day get a disney day program.  we bought some flannel and made blankets for the linus project. 

we got our vouchers for a free disney day and decided to use them during ryan's spring break while he acutally had time.  we even broke down and got annual passes so we can go back over and over again.  we've already gone twice and still have 11 months to go!

its nice to be able to have a more relaxed visit to disneyland and california adventure instead of going from open to close and getting in as much as you possibly can in between because you only have one day.  we've decided that since we'll be going back from time to time, we're going to see how many characters we can catch on camera (not including parades).

so far we've caught...

 buzz lightyear (hopefully we'll catch him from the front one day), the army men from toy story, mickey, california goofy, pluto, lilo, aladdin and jasmine, stitch, minnie, california mickey, mater and lightnin mcqueen, california minnie, mrs. incredible (elastigirl), koda and kenai, california donald, max, and jessie

we did also see pocahontas walking past, but we didn't get out the camera in time.  and just in case you're wondering who the kids in the pictures are...we don't really know.  we don't actually wait in line to get pictures.  we snap them whenever we get a clear enough shot.

i know that was a lot of pictures, but its two trips to the parks.  hopefully we'll spot more characters next time to add to our list.
