one month older and wiser, too

isaac hit his one month mark while we were in arizona.  he has been such a good baby so far.  there have been a few time at night when he's gone 4 or 5 hours between feedings, as we know he loves to let his mom get a little extra sleep.  he's starting to be awake a little more in the day time, but still spend most of his time sleeping - often on my parent's living room floor with all kinds of noise going on all around him.  he seems to like being WIDE awake from about 9-11 every night, so we're working on, at the very least, shifting that to an earlier hour.  

he was born with quite a bit of hair, in the back at least.  i thought i better document before he rubs it all off into a little baby mullet like cody did.

we sure love our newest little addition.

cody has been a good big brother so far.  for the most part, he doesn't pay 'zack-ik' much attention.  he likes to hold him for a few seconds every few days, but otherwise leaves him pretty well alone.  luckily he's even learned quickly to sleep through isaac's cries at night.

i'm so excited to watch these little boys grow into best buddies!
