we took turns making breakfast and dinner during the week. we had some awesome meals!
nothing specific was planned for monday, so we took our time getting up and ready for the day.
we did some exercising and got everyone all dolled up for the day
not forgetting the monkeys and crocodiles
my dad found a park nearby, so we went to spend some time there. a nice man with a dog let the kids pet it for a while. cody couldn't get enough and kept trying to get around the fence and go after the dog.
we did a dollar store gift exchange after we got home from the park. a few people ended up with bubbles which were obviously a huge hit.
after family home evening, david and julie taught the girls how to play 'matchy matchy.' kind of like memory, but you put all the card face up and find matches. makes it a bit easier for the younger crowd.
