ryan had a week off after he finished a dermatology rotation before we left for a rotation in arizona. we had originally planned on having that week to recover from having a baby on the 25th, but isaac surprised us by coming nine days early and gave us a little extra preparation time. we got to take the week off to hang out as a new family of four.
we tried hard to capture a few baby smiles
took a short outing to costco and ran into some friends, mackenzie and zoe
since we had a couple of nicer days, we decided to wash and vacuum the cars. cody was sleeping until the very end. as soon as he came into the garage and saw the driver's door open, he climbed right in and started 'driving.'
not quite as 'eventful' as many of ryan's other weeks off with trips to disneyland and lots of outings, but it was nice to have a little time to ourselves. soon we'll be off to arizona for a whole month!
