we had our first official visitors of 2015 come this week - grandma and grandpa varga! they've been busy visiting all over the place with nephews who got the priesthood and baptized, not to mention christmas in the middle. we're glad they could make the long trip over to see us too!
i've been pretty terrible at picture taking lately, so we don't have too many. we had a great time shopping, reading books, playing, going to the temple, visiting the children's museum in the woodlands (which we actually photographed)
cody probably would have stayed at this train table the entire time we were at the museum if we hadn't dragged him to other activities we knew he would like.
isaac went back to this light bright wall plenty.
the art table had textures taped to it for crayon rubbings. we came home with several awesome pictures.
both boys loved playing in the fishing/water station. i'm a bit amazed that no one got soaking wet!
they have a huge pit of recycled rubber with trucks and dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes. it makes for some great digging adventures.
these little fire fighter dress-ups are probably my favorite thing at the whole museum :)
i made sure to have ryan take a picture of me. yep, i'm really there.
isaac loved the kitchen. i tried to get a picture of him sweeping, but he was all over too fast.
the puppets were super entertaining. especially the little girl playing puppets for isaac.
can't go wrong with a shopping area.
after the museum, we went to dinner at the black walnut cafe. ryan and i discovered the conroe location at the airport a few weeks ago and wanted to go back. grandma even treated us all to gelato when we finished our dinners!
we love having visitors!
