i didn't catch a whole lot of pictures of ryan on his birthday obviously, but we had a fun day. isaac was at the tail-end of being sick, so ryan stayed home from church with him while cody and i went.
the boys and i pitched in together and got him an awesome ladder. it was stashed in the shed, where i thought he'd never look this time of year. turns out he had several reasons to go out there and i had to tell him we were hiding a big box for some friends....totally bought it. once he retrieved it and opened it, cody spent the whole afternoon climbing up and down on it.
we, of course, got to enjoy 'the cake' and then i made an extra for him to take to work and share. delicious!
