ryan stayed home sunday night with the boys and brought them to the hospital in the morning after breakfast. the night was pretty uneventful for me and the baby. i hadn't gotten up to go to the bathroom from the time they moved me to my room until everyone left around 8, so i may or may not have ruined a pair of shoes when i stood up and....yeah i'll leave that to the imagination. i just went ahead and threw those shoes in that garbage since i had a new pair coming in the mail anyway.
we came up with a name for our little girl right before julie, maddie, and lily got to the hospital to take the boys home with them for a few days.

it took us a long time and a lot of combinations of names to find one that we really liked that fit our little girl. grandma and grandpa bishop mentioned the name bonnie as we chatted on sunday night and we ended up liking it. she's named after her great-grandpa garrett's sister, bonnie (we thought about naming a boy jack after grandpa's brother) and her great-grandma garrett, lucile. what a wonderful pair of women to look up to!
cody and isaac each got a turn to hold bonnie before they left.
while we waited for julie, i gave isaac a wipe for something and he proceeded to use it to clean the end table, couch and floor. funny boy.
bonnie had to have some blood work done at 24 hours, so as soon as that came back we were discharged and went home! she wore the same sleeper as both her brothers wore home, but i got a headband to go with it...just in case. i'm happy i got to use it :)
it was sooo quiet when we got home. amazing how different it is to just have one tiny baby at home for a while!
