we had to stay at the hospital until monday so tyler could get his 24 check. ryan went home for the night to get some good sleep and help grandma get the kids off to school. tyler got these shirts for his brothers and sister. they were excited to wear them to school.
bonnie was rocking her baby in the bedroom.
we got discharged right after breakfast
and we were ready to go home! i love this little outfit everyone has come home in.
i had seen some great clearance deals at wal-mart while we were doing our walking but didn't get anything since we didn't know if we'd have a girl or boy. before we went home, i left ryan in the car with tyler and dashed into wal-mart for some baby boy clothes.
these kids definitely love their baby brother. they constantly want to hold him.
he had his first little bath on tuesday and didn't scream the whole time.
since grandma was around, i took advantage of a day i could go have lunch with cody at school without extra kids.
and since its a little hard to find, i took cody to piano while grandma stayed home with the others. i thought i'd have to feed tyler but ended up just snuggling him in the car while we waited.
isaac loved doing yoga with grandma every morning.
and i managed to catch a perfect little sleeping smile.
our first attempt at tummy time.
bonnie made sure tyler had a toy. she has just the perfect amount of interest in him.
we have been so blessed (and spoiled) to have grandma berta here for a week as we adjust to life as a family of 6! this is how every morning was quietly spent. i'm sure mornings like this will forever be one of my kids best memories of their grandma.
now the bigger three are down in thatcher for fall break and we're home with just one tiny newborn.
