old friends, new friends, and family

we had a busy week full of friends and family.

we had dinner and some games with cherish and anthony over the weekend.  isaac and conner are so fun to watch playing together.  isaac just needs to start sitting up so he's a better playmate.

we went to david and julie's house for dinner on sunday for father's day and were serenaded by a trio of musicians.  cody gets so excited to go to bailey mae and maddie jo's house.

'pamma' was found in one of the boxes this week.  cody got an extra table setting and made sure panda was quite situated at the table to join us for breakfast.  he was a little sad when we wouldn't actually fill up the bowl and cup.

mom and dad came up for a few days this week to watch bailey and maddie while julie went to girls' camp.  it was fun to have them all stay with us for a couple of days.  julie stayed a couple of nights also coming in late and leaving early. 

marianne and capri came up for one afternoon, too, and all the kids had a really great time swimming.

we convinced marianne and capri to stay for dinner with the missionaries.  we had some ice cream for dessert.  clearly it was enjoyed by one and all.

grandpa just got a scooter to help him get around a little easier from time to time.  he loved being able to take the kids on a walk/ride and they loved it, too!!!

we, of course, had a tea party while grandma was here.  always a favorite of all the grandkids.
