we decided it was about time isaac joined us for meals around. so we made it official and got him a booster seat of his own (since cody still uses his and the bumbo isn't great for eating or helping in the kitchen). isaac wasn't thrilled about being put in it this morning since he was already pretty hungry.
my best helper helped me get some cereal ready.
isaac looked a bit worried about the prospect at first
but after a spoonful
and a couple of lip smacks (with a thumb suck for good measure)
he made it clear that i could not get that spoon full of food back in his mouth fast enough. i even had to grab another spoon after he got a solid hold on this one and wouldn't give it back.
i think its pretty safe to say that the first attempt at rice cereal was a grand success.
