the linden elementary school christmas concert was tonight. mrs. miller sent these clothes home with cody to wear to the program, so he got all ready to go. he was going to ride to the auditorium with the moore's, but as they were getting in the car conner started throwing up. we scrambled a bit and i got all the kids plus the moore girls to the auditorium for call time.
cody's class went first. they sang 'santa claus is coming to town' and 'nice not naughty'
then they did a christmas version of 'brown bear' in each of their costume groups. cody's snowman group said 'snowman snowman what do you see? we see a red scarf wrapped so tightly'
they finished off with we wish you a merry christmas accompanied by mr. adams (the music teacher) on the tuba.
we stayed through the next group of 1st to 3rd graders, but left a bit early. it was super hot in the theater and bonnie was getting pretty restless. we stopped by a new ice cream shop for a treat to celebrate cody's great job. it was such a fun concert!
