we finally are getting a bit of snow here and there. ryan usually heads out in the morning to shovel before he goes to work while i get breakfast ready. now that isaac got not one, but two shovels for his birthday then the boys can go help, too. hopefully it stays fun and novel for them.
cody's class dressed up an old man for the 100th day of school.
i volunteered in his classroom that afternoon. they had lots of activities having to do with 100. the kids looked pretty awesome (as did mrs. miller). cody's center group stacked 100 cups. it was a bit noisy when it fell a few minutes later!
we've had a couple of late starts with the snow and one day off. the kids have loved having the snow to play in. they go in and out no less that seven times a day i think. i'd get tired of putting on so many layers, but they sure love it! i'm just loving being cozy inside while i watch the snow fall through the window. i do love the beauty of snow.
cody and isaac have deemed the huge bush in the front yard as their fort/headquarters. most of their outside time is spent climbing around in it.
