what a busy weekend! we did a trade off with some friends...you know, you watch my kid, i'll watch yours....so we could go to the temple. it was our turn to do the watching, so we had caden and bryce over to play while they're parents went to the temple.
caden did this whole puzzle by himself (mostly) and wanted to be able to show his mom.
we tried to get a picture of the three boys side by side. cody is just too squirmy!
he was at least nice enough to share his toys with brycer (as his brother calls him) after they woke up from their naps.
my boys had two matching outfits that day and looked awesome in both!
(cody's squinty eyes crack me up. he recently figured that out.)
we headed over to redlands for the afternoon to go to ryan's cousin's oldest boy's baptism. its fun to have some family close to go party with from time to time and we're grateful they invite us to join in!
after the baptism we helped celebrate luca (who was baptized)
and zeke's birthdays.
zeke is only a few months older than cody. his mom, laura, and i tried to get them to play together a bit, but the closest we got was this.
cody mostly did this
played by himself without caring about all the craziness going on around him. and of course only now i realize that i didn't get a single picture of any of the adults who were there, but there were plenty.
