silly isaac

isaac is such a happy and caring kid.  he also does some of the funniest things around our house.

isaac always looks out for bonnie.  he wanted to make sure she had a toy and sat by her to keep her happy.

he has taken it upon himself to be the wipe folder.  he will pull everything out of the dryer one at a time to find the wipes to fold when we're working on laundry.  both boys are getting to be very good at helping with the laundry.  cody loves to fold the socks every since i showed him the trick my mom taught me when i was a little girl.

the boys played play-doh one morning.  isaac filled up the mini muffin tin and then put it here in the 'oven' to cook. 

its always a bit tricky to get isaac to get his shoes on to go out and play.  he clearly came up with a quick solution - two different shoes from the dress-up barrel.

in hopes of helping to solve above shoe problem, we got isaac some new shoes.  i thought the velcro would be great for him to put them on himself, but all he really cared about was that they are yellow inside.  'yellow for me' he said when he saw them.  i sometimes wonder if he thinks that yellow is actually called 'yellow-for-me' with as much as he uses it.  he loves all things yellow right now. 

he couldn't be outdone on cody's first day of preschool.  he got his backpack ready and needed a first day of school picture this morning as well.
