cody's best friend, cora-lynne's birthday is just a couple of days before his (born in the same hospital...probably shared the nursery at some point). kelby wanted to make sure we could go to her birthday party, so she scheduled it a couple of weeks before our move. it was at a friend's house with a great big yard to run around in and a bounce house.
they had several car/bike toys that cody couldn't get enough of.
cody and cora-lynne actually turns pretty well riding and pushing each other with help from anyone who would look their way. there were plenty of adults happy to push and play even hold isaac.
i think this is the only picture we have of all the adults together. i know cody will miss cora-lynne like crazy, but i will miss kelby even more. for the year and a half that we lived down the road from each other, we became such good friends and did so much fun stuff together - beach trips, disneyland, sewing, muffin mornings, dessert dates, breakfast at redhill, play dates, park days, kid swaps... hopefully hunter is nice enough to bring kelby and cora-lynne out to texas before too long!
