after boarding, we had two days at sea. we took full advantage of what the ship has to offer and started exploring. we went to the water park area first thing (before most people would figure out where it was). we each tried out surfing on the flow rider. it was fun, but none of us stayed up for long. we opted to try out all the water slides - of course sean and ryan had to figure out how to race on everything.
once the lines started getting longer, we found the mini golf course. it left a little to be desired...
we barely made it to the scavenger hunt activity. we had a list of places on the ship that we had to take pictures of. we were back second with all the required pictures, so we got some hats and keychains to take home.
dinner that night was our first of the more formal nights. it was fun to get dressed up and feel a bit fancier.
we had the later seating time for dinner, so we caught the elvis show. turns out this was the only good show we saw on the ship. he impersonated the younger elvis and was actually really good and entertaining.
our waiter was angel from peru. he took great care of us. our assistant was brand new, so it was a little entertaining some nights to watch her try to keep everything straight. she brought nicole and i a hot chocolate every night after we asked for one the first night.
when we came back to our room, we found a little bunny on our bed....

we decided to spend some time in the hot tub that night. the hot tubs hung out from the ship a little, so it was fun to watch the ocean go by.
